Preparation

Are your prayers not going up higher than the ceiling? You know what I mean, you try to earnestly pray about a serious need maybe even an emergency and you really don't think your requests were heard by anyone. Have you done your prep work? Ephesians 1:18 says, " I pray that the eyes of your heart be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling...." Prayer is the Christians way of conversing with God and He cannot tolerate sin. Have you repented of your sins today? Psalm 139:23-24 reads, "Investigate my life, O God, find out everything about me; Cross-examine and test me,get a clear picture of what I'm about; See for yourself whether I've done anything wrong— then guide me on the road to eternal life. " Is your life so ready to be investigated by the Lord of the Universe? Continually we must ask Him to cross examine our lives with us- you cant do this by your self aren't your glad and show us how to do better. If you haven't taken the time to talk to the GUIDE on this the road to eternal life alias life, why would you think He is interested in an emergency call now? Always take the time to recognize Who you are asking for help and that His is the perfect plan for anyone or any situation, we are asking Him to " consider " our view point and share His view point with us. You can't form a relationship without spending time with the other person involved. Consider spending time outside our want list our emergency time with your Creator--He is waiting for you, NOT us, not the whole church, not the world, YOU PERSONALLY HE is interesting in guiding to the perfect place in His Way for you.
